Mobile power pack with state-of-the-art battery technology
Where corded sanders have to pass because no socket is available, for example when working outdoors, in the garage or in the construction shell without a power connection, the cordless random orbital sander PESS 10-20V plays to its mobile strengths. The 20V-2Ah flexpower multi-device battery that is included in the scope of delivery with a quick charging station and practical battery level indication is fully charged after only 60 minutes and compatible with a variety of other Trotec power tools from the Powertools series. For even more power and endurance, the cordless random orbital sander can also be equipped with the 20V-4Ah flexpower multi-device battery. It can be easily ordered as an accessory.

To allow for convenient transport to the construction site and for dust-protected storage, the random orbital sander is supplied in a robust transport case. The scope of delivery also comprises a sandpaper set with four sanding sheets for wood machining (grain sizes 60/80/120/240), a practical dust collector to ensure clean working as well as an adapter to connect an external dust extraction system.

FLEXPOWER MULTI-DEVICE BATTERY 20V/2AH – included in the scope of delivery
Owing to additional power reserves this prime 20 V battery formidably outperforms its 18 V competitors. After all, a little extra power never hurts – and to make sure this power is available from start to finish without any signs of weakness the Li-ion battery employs the advanced NMC technology. This guarantees full power until the end without a drop in performance as the discharge process continues.
Unlike standard batteries with no more than 1.5 Ah this Flexpower battery with 2 Ah permits runtimes longer by up to 33 %. And if the battery has been run down, you can use our quick chargers to fully charge it again within about an hour.
Tip: With a second battery, you can ensure endlessly long runtimes. While one battery is charging, the work can be continued with the second one.
FLEXPOWER MULTI-DEVICE BATTERY 20V/4AH – lasting even longer!
This power pack is the performance leader in the Trotec Flexpower portfolio. Those who are not fully satisfied with 20 V of power alone can further benefit from the substantially increased endurance of this prime battery. A charging capacity of 4 Ah enables device runtimes increased by the multiplier factor 1.5 – as compared to standard batteries with only 1.5 Ah – and, mind you, the operating time is still twice as long as that of our Flexpower batteries with 2 Ah.
Less time is required for the charging process, seeing as this prime battery can be recharged to 100 % with the quick charger in only 90 minutes.
The Flexpower multi-device battery 20 V / 4 Ah can also be used in combination with the random orbital sander PESS 10-20V and other Trotec power tools.
Even sanding pattern thanks to low-vibration technology
Material-compliant working with a high removal rate at the same time – this and more is guaranteed by the comparatively large sanding disc (round, Ø 125 mm) with a practical Velcro® system, eccentricity of 3.2 mm and an optimally balanced force transmission system to transmit the performance of the vibration-dampened device in six steplessly selectable speed steps (3,000 - 12,000 rpm) to the surface. This device always produces even sanding results on variable soils.
Comfortable, fatigue-free working
The PESS 10-20V, like all Trotec power tools, provides maximum work safety and maximum comfort. The low centre of gravity of the device allows for especially comfortable handling. To ensure a secure grip, the device top and the additional handle are provided with slip-resistant soft grip inserts that offer a firm hold even with a heavy dust formation. To guarantee secure device guiding that is always perfectly adapted to the user and the working environment, the guide handle can be adjusted to six positions by means of the wing nut. With its well-thought-out design, the lightweight device is equally suitable for both right- and left-handers.
Micro filter dust collector/ adapter for external dust extraction
A micro filter dust collector that is attached to the rear reduces the spreading of dust while you’re carrying out sanding tasks and always leaves you a clear view to the surface to be machined. If required, the dust collector can be removed to connect an external dust extraction system to the PESS 10-20V with the adapter supplied.

VC 15‑20V – perfect working without raising any dust
With the cordless vacuum cleaner VC 15‑20V you spare yourself the trouble of emptying the dust bag. As an extraction system for electric tools, the VC 15‑20V keeps the air and working environment clean – making you independent of free sockets and annoying extension cables. Just as many Trotec power tools, the vacuum cleaner draws its power from a lithium-ion battery (20V/2Ah) from the Flexpower multi-device battery series.
Fine dust particles that are ejected in the sanding or sawing process are sucked into the 10-litre dust collection container without any effort by the extremely manoeuvrable cordless vacuum cleaner with its practical castors. Furthermore, an integrated HEPA filter (> 89 % filter efficiency) prevents dust particles that have been sucked in from getting back into the room air and being inhaled.
