We do research and we develop as required. Nothing is superfluous. Everything is relevant. The question of everyday life is the motivation for our engineers.

And it's quite easy to tell the story: Teamwork is key. Everywhere and anytime. Our customers ask questions, have a problem, but no solution to it. We start reflecting. And our Trotec engineers begin to construct prototypes. Once the products are ready to be tested, the trial period begins. We do that in-house first, then our employees carry out tests under real conditions. Once that is settled, we are happy to welcome a new hero in our product portfolio. If the desired results have not been achieved yet, we go back to research and development phase and start a new series of tests. What is important to us? We want to be relevant, and to stay relevant.
As a matter of course, we also value design. But that comes second. Chic design alone is not sufficient for Trotec problem solvers. Design must help the customer, must be easy to use, must focus on ergonomics and convenience. We are climate optimisers, improvement makers and real contact persons. At Trotec, we can only achieve these objectives by means of teamwork. We are always in communication, in dialogue with the questions arising from everyday work. For this reason, our products pass use tests in all departments. Until we are content and put our name on it.
