Oil heater fan IDE 100 D
Maximum direct heating power for construction sites and large halls or for frost protection
Whether you want to reliably keep construction zones warm, effectively heat larger halls, protect your livestock from the cold or keep your work material free of ice despite low temperatures: with 100 kW of direct heating power the IDE 100 D provides a high heating capacity for every demand with 100 % efficiency.
The integrated oil burner of this heating device can be fuelled by either diesel or fuel oil. The continuous fuel supply to the stainless steel combustion chamber is regulated by means of a high-quality Danfoss® injection pump. Safe operation of the oil heater fan is ensured by an electronic flame trap and an integrated overheating protection.
Among the further assets are the easily accessible, external fuel filter as well as the possibility to easily read the remaining fuel volume at the filling level indication integrated in the tank.
A built-in thermostat with a digital dual display for the actual and the nominal value is provided for the temperature control of the IDE 100 D. Furthermore, it comes with a connection facility for an optionally available external thermostat with a 25-metre connection cable if you want to position the oil heater fan at a distance to the heating zone.
The oil heater fan IDE 100 D is, of course, also excellently equipped for outdoor heating: the smooth-running carriage construction with cable holders and a fuel tank as well as the durable, double-coated housing make it just as mobile as it is weatherproof.
The tank capacity is dimensioned for using the IDE 100 D an entire working day without refilling. By means of an optionally available adapter set the device can also unproblematically be connected to an external oil tank for permanent heating.
IDE direct oil heaters – 100 % heating power for outdoor areas
The direct oil heaters of the IDE series are optimally suited for outdoor use, e.g. for heating outdoor construction sites and agricultural areas, or for use inside well-ventilated interior spaces, for they emit 100 % of the heat they produce. Hence, direct heaters also have no chimney. Or in other words, this process yields a heating power efficiency of 100 %.
In a directly heated system the fan blowing out the heated air also brings along combustion air.
First, fuel is atomised, ignited and burned in the combustion chamber. Then the hot gases are admixed to the main air current of the fan in accurate proportions.
In addition to heat, direct heaters thus also emit combustion gases directly into the room. For this reason, they are unsuitable for poorly ventilated, closed rooms used by people or animals.
Since plenty of moisture is released during combustion, direct heaters should never be used for construction drying.
