Whether the ambient temperature is too high for man and machine, or whether there is stuffy air in the factory hall: the mobile PT 3500 SP spot cooler is the targeted solution for a cool working atmosphere without heat stress.
With a cooling capacity of 3.5 kW and an air volume of up to 600 m³/h, the PT 3500 SP provides instant cooling exactly where it is needed. Simply switch on and start cooling – the spot cooler is immediately ready for use without any installation work. And because this spot cooler is equipped with two separate cold air ducts, the cold air current can easily be split to flow into several directions. Each of both cold air ducts can be inclined by 150 degrees and swivelled by 360 degrees to provide for precise cooling.
As a real multi-functional spot cooler, the PT 3500 SP can be used not only for spot or room air cooling, but also for ventilation or dehumidification. In combination with the high mobility, the versatility of the device enables an extremely wide range of applications, such as efficient cooling of individual working spaces or machines and system components, of server and network rooms, for spot cooling at events, for welding work or in the catering trade and many more.

Propane (R290) as environmentally friendly refrigerant in air conditioning systems
Every year, several million tons of harmful CO2 emissions (greenhouse gas) are emitted to the atmosphere due to synthetic refrigerants. For this reason, the utilization of alternative refrigerants has become one of our key objectives. By using propane (R290) as refrigerant this air conditioner makes a valuable contribution to protecting our climate.
The natural refrigerant propane (R290) is an organic compound belonging to the group of hydrocarbons. Unlike synthetic refrigerants the environmentally friendly propane (R290) comes with neither ozone depletion potential (ODP = 0) nor a noteworthy greenhouse effect (GWP = 3).
Additional bonus for the environment: Owing to its excellent thermodynamic properties, propane (R290) is a particularly energy-efficient refrigerant thereby additionally reducing your energy costs.
One device, four operating modes – a simply cool solution.
The PT 3500 SP spot cooler offers you four different application possibilities which can be configured easily and intuitively via the large control panel:
Room air cooling
In this operating mode, the PT 3500 SP operates according to the principle of a classic monobloc air-conditioning device for cooling the room air. The integrated thermostat automatically regulates the supply of cooling air based on the measured room temperature and cools the room down until the preselected target temperature is reached.
Spot cooling operation
The spot cooling mode allows cooling air to be applied at specific points via the two adjustable cold air ducts. In this mode, the ambient temperature is irrelevant as a decisive variable. Instead, the desired discharge temperature is entered via the thermostat. Due to this functional principle, it is also possible to set up the device in a neighbouring room and to introduce the cold air at the target location via connected air transport hoses.
Fan function
If air cooling is not required but fan-based air freshening is desired, the PT 3500 SP can also be operated by the fan function. In this energy-saving mode, the compressor is deactivated while all blower functions remain available.
Dehumidification function
For a systematic dehumidification of the room air, the PT 3500 SP can be set to dehumidification mode. In this mode, the spot cooler also has a cooling effect, but the fan performance is reduced to a minimum.
In addition to the various operating modes, automatic switch-on or switch-off times of the spot cooler can also be set on the control panel of the PT 3500 SP. The timer function can be used to preselect a desired switch-off time for the device as well as the automatic switch-on at the preselected time. In addition, the control panel is equipped with a warning light to indicate a full condensation tank and a self-diagnosis function with fault indicator.
