Comfortable handling thanks to the additional handle, the flexible shaft and the positioning fixture
By means of the integrated setting wheel, the speed of the rotation tool can be individually preselected between
10,000 – 35,000rpm in 6 levels. Depending on the application and the type of material, you can adjust the optimum rotational speed for your tasks. An overview showing you which speed is ideal for which application can be found further below. The ergonomic design and the rubber soft grip inserts ensure a perfect and fatigue-proof hold. As an alternative holding option, an additional handle that can be mounted optionally is supplied. In this way you can for example work using both hands and guide the device precisely and safely even if you're performing complicated or demanding tasks.
The highly flexible shaft supplied enables you to work even more comfortably. The shaft with its length of 107 cm is mounted on the device head and transfers the rotational speed of the device motor to the shaft head. The attachments supplied as well as commercially available attachments can be inserted into the head of the shaft. For filigree precision work with maximum accuracy you can hold the shaft head like a pen, providing you with the most sensitive holding position to attain perfect results. Tip: If you suspend the rotation tool above your work surface by means of the integrated metal eyelet on a fixture you have a lot of space while you're working, which enables you to work with the shaft without any restrictions.
The practical positioning fixture perfectly supports you while you're performing accurate milling of a groove or while you're drilling small holes. It is equipped with a depth scale from 0 to 20 mm and can be locked at the desired depth setting. Furthermore, the positioning fixture enables linear working with a lateral limit stop.

5 x Abrasive belts
The abrasive belts can be used to process wood, metal or plastics in the smallest space. They are ideal, for example, for smoothing corners and edges that are rounded from the inside to the outside.
25 x Grinding wheels
The abrasive wheels are made of an especially resilient material and thickened paper. They are perfectly suited to carry out woodwork or for grinding metal or plastics.
8 x Aluminium oxide grinding stones (corundum)
The 8 differently shaped grinding heads are made of hard corundum to provide for low wear. They are perfect for sharpening blades and for processing stone or ceramics.
Polishing / cleaning / derusting

Tips and notes for selecting the correct speed level
For cutting, forming, chamfering or milling grooves in the wood, and for sanding or grinding wood or metal, select a high speed level.
If you wish to cut plastics or other materials with a low melting point, select a low speed level.
For drilling into wood, select a low speed level to prevent overheating of the tool
For polishing, buffing and cleaning by means of a wire brush, select the lowest speed level 1, in order to prevent damage of the brush by loosening of the bristles from the mount.
For milling or drilling into non-ferrous metals, like for example aluminium, copper, lead, zinc alloys, select a low speed level. Additionally use a cutting oil or another suitable lubricant (not water) in order to prevent chips from settling on the cutting edges of the tool, and to prevent the tool from being overheated.
As an orientation for selecting the right speed level, you can use the table below:
Info: Even with lower speed values, you should work without pressure. Applying higher pressure to the workpiece will not improve the result. Alternatively, for example, use a different tool bit or another speed setting to obtain the desired result.
