For instance, you can use the VSP system as pipe camera with long push cable for the visual inspection of sewer or ventilation ducts and chimneys, as endoscope with flexible probe for the internal inspection of poorly accessible hollow spaces or as borescope with rigid probe and dual camera for visual inspections of machinery and plants. And with the optional VSP transmitter, your VSP system becomes a pinpointing device for localising defects in non-metallic pipes.

Accumulated dirt, damages or defects can quickly be detected and documented in photo or video format on an SD card.

The monitor control unit VSP Control is the centrepiece of the VSP system. This control unit with imaging technology can be fastened securely to the push cable drum by means of a snap-in locking mechanism and connected to the camera head via the multi-connector socket.

The particular advantage of the VSP system is that the monitor control unit VSP Control can be flexibly combined with the various VSP system components. Whether as a pipe camera, video endoscope or video borescope – the VSP Control functions as an imaging system for all VSP system components with a uniform logic for all the modules' operating or control settings.

Conventional inspection cameras, video borescopes and endoscopes are independent measuring devices with integrated monitor unit, interfaces and control electronics. Which increases the familiarisation effort and investment costs for an individual device. With the VSP system you can save that money as well as the time-consuming training period!

In addition to the push cable drum, additional centring aids are available for inspection applications in pipe sections, for example, which allow the camera head to be positioned in the centre of the pipe section and ensure smooth running. Moreover, the VSP system also comprises various borescopes and endoscopes that can simply be connected to the control unit VSP Control via a multi-connector. The image display is always coordinated via the VSP Control, whereas additional function buttons at the pistol grip of the borescope or endoscope ensure fast operation.

The control unit VSP Control is the centrepiece of the overall VSP system. Used as pipe camera, endoscope or borescope – the VSP Control functions as imaging system for each connected camera module with a uniform logic for all the modules' operating or control settings.

Using the VSP Control the camera head can be rotated and swivelled (VSP-H41M). Also, you can make settings for brightness, zoom, photo or video recordings and memory management.

Via the multi-connector of the VSP Control you can optionally connect the push cable drum or various video endoscopes and borescopes. The unit fitted into an ABS housing of protection type IP64 with rubberized operator keypad and lateral rubber protectors is further equipped with a USB connection and an SD card slot.

There are two camera heads to choose from with the VSP system – VSP-H41M and VSP-H25F. Both camera heads are equipped with a sealed threaded connector and either can be connected to the end of the push cable.

During inspection operations the camera head VSP-H41M can be rotated by 360° and pivoted by 180°. Camera and LEDs of the VSP-H41M are located underneath a transparent, exchangeable plastic dome providing the necessary shock protection.

For additional protection of the camera head VSP-H41M and its plastic protective cap, it is possible to use a domed protective cage.

The thinner camera head VSP-H25F is perfectly suited for narrow inspection areas as its >120° field of vision gives you an excellent overview.

Videoscopes of varying probe lengths and diameters are available for the VSP system. To display and store images simply connect the videoscope to the control unit VSP Control. Each videoscope comes with a camera head that is steplessly bendable to all sides and a robust, multi-walled probe for maximum flexibility with simultaneously high torsional strength.

Thanks to the integrated magnetic base, the video endoscopes can also be easily attached to metal walls, iron girders, switch cabinet doors or other ferromagnetic components for visual inspection applications.

Borescopes with different probe diameters and front, side-view or dual camera available to meet any application requirement. To display and store images simply connect the borescope to the control unit VSP Control.

This optionally available transport case with customised foam inlay for the complete VSP range, excluding the push cable drum, allows you to keep everything organised, save time and transport your inspection system safely.

The robust hard-shell case is equipped with an extendable bar handle, transport wheels, a carrying handle and lock holes for attaching padlocks.
