Design pedestal infrared radiant heater IRS 2520
Flexible warmth in outdoor areas: halogen infrared radiant heater of aluminium and stainless steel for the terrace, balcony and outdoor catering
Stylish warmth for private and commercial outdoor areas
When it gets cold in winter, the design pedestal radiant heater IRS 2520, made of high-quality aluminium and stainless steel, provides flexible feel-good heat at the touch of a button. This way you can use your balcony, roofed terrace or similar outdoor areas all year round. Without looking at the clock or thermometer – always at pleasant summerlike temperatures. For relaxing barbecue evenings with friends, garden parties or romantic hours for two, the slim infrared radiant heater is the practical and visually attractive heating solution.
Two-level all-round feel-good warmth at the touch of a button
The mushroom-shaped reflector and the stable pedestal of the IRS 2520 are made of softly shimmering aluminium while the approx. 1.88 m long telescopic rod impresses with stainless steel. The infrared radiant heater, which is pleasantly lightweight and energy-saving compared to gas mushroom heaters, offers two powerful heating levels (1,250 W / 2,500 W). Two integrated 1,250 watts halogen infrared tubes provide for even all-round warmth in all directions without any preheating time. Directly perceptible on the skin, without warming the ambient air first and completely without any disturbing odours or noises. Perfect prerequisites to spend crystal clear nights outdoors throughout the whole year at pleasant feel-good temperatures.
Extending the outdoor season in the catering trade
In the catering trade, the robust and splash-proof halogen heater enables a cost-effective extension of the outdoor season and thus a noticeable increase in sales in outdoor catering. The environment is protected by the use of the infrared radiator, because in contrast to gas-powered heating mushrooms, no climate-damaging CO2 is emitted. Another point in favour of using the visually appealing radiant heater in the catering trade is its low risk potential. While gas-powered heating mushrooms pose a fire hazard due to their open flame, the IRS 2520 does not pose any hazard. All that is emitted is pure warmth to feel good – for sure!
For a carefree time outdoors without freezing
The two high-quality halogen infrared tubes of the IRS 2520 generate heat according to the natural principle of the sun. This is particularly energy-efficient, since a great deal of the energy input is converted directly into heat. The infrared radiant heater does not heat the ambient air, instead it is objects and persons in the immediate surroundings that absorb and store the warmth before they again release it to the environment in the form of secondary radiation.
The heat is distributed by a fan that operates noiselessly and without raising dust, thus allowing even allergy sufferers and asthmatics to breathe freely in the immediate vicinity of the radiant heater — for long, cosy and carefree evenings outdoors.
Safe and warm: tilt protection switch and protective grid
Children and pets love to frolic and romp around. But also when friends or guests are invited, it is possible that something accidentally falls over. In the unlikely event that the pedestal radiant heater at some point is close to toppling over despite its stable aluminium base, the integrated tilt protection switch immediately interrupts the power supply to the heating element.
Moreover, the radiant heater is protected against spray water and against the ingress of foreign objects by protection type IP34. To provide additional safety, the heating tube comes equipped with a protective grid preventing accidental contact. Thoroughly secure and protected. A good feeling!
The design infrared radiant heater IRS 2520 is supplied in a partly mounted state. Just unpack it, mount it in only a few steps, connect the 1.75-metre mains cable with a shockproof plug (CEE 7/7), and the slim design radiant heater will quickly provide warmth for an unlimited period of pleasant outdoor time.
The design pedestal radiant heater IRS 2520 is the flexible heating solution for warm hours in the cold winter. For private and commercial use.
