Desiccant dehumidifier TTR 200
The lightweight under the high-quality dehumidifiers: the extremely compact and mobile TTR 200
Up to 30 % lighter than competitor models of the same capacity
The TTR 200 is an extremely compact and lightweight quality dehumidifier for keeping room air continuously dry or for drying during water damage restoration.
All TTR 200 are equipped with the advanced electronic Monoventic air volume regulation which allows stepless, demand-oriented regulation of the required dry air volume.
Dehumidification performance and thus power consumption as well as noise emission of the TTR 200 can therefore be defined as required at any time.
Even the standard model has an integrated DIN socket for remote switching to control the TTR 200 by means of an optional hygrostat, time clock or other external switching devices with matching DIN plug.
Moreover, the wide range of TTR system accessories to connect hose or pipe connections to the regeneration air inlet on the TTR 200 or use different Z-line filters of different filter classes for the dehumidifier for separate air supply allows flexible use.
German product design made by Trotec
The diverse possibilities of use combined with small space requirements and reliable dehumidification even at low dew points make the TTR 200 desiccant dehumidifier the perfect solution for keeping small storage and productions halls dry, for uninterrupted dehumidification in waterworks engineering facilities and for dehumidification in the building industry.
The TTR 200 desiccant dehumidifier is standard-equipped with a plug-on filter cap with handy clip lock on the suction side for fast filter change without the need to open the machine.
In addition to integrated heat recovery, the standard equipment of the TTR 200 desiccant dehumidifier also includes a self-regulating electronic regeneration air heating consisting of thermistor elements (PTC) whose performance capacity depends on air inlet temperature and regeneration air volume.
The advantage of this solution lies for one in an optimal performance matching and in the fact that overheating is not possible, making a safety thermostat superfluous.
Working principle of the TTR 200 adsorption dehumidifier
TTR-Bisorp-Mono
A fan for process and regeneration air is placed in front of the rotor. A partial flow of the dry air is used for regeneration.
All TTR adsorption dehumidifiers have reliable silica gel sorption rotors in washable and mechanically highly stable design. The chemical stability of silica gel guarantees that water vapor or clear water will not destroy the rotor. Light impurities such as dust only lead to a reduced dehumidification performance.
Depending on the design of the Trotec adsorption dehumidifiers, process and regeneration air are channeled in different ways.
