The industrial desiccant dehumidifiers of the TTR series exclusively available at Trotec rank amongst the most recent devices on the market and house only efficient branded components of the latest generation of technology supplied by leading component manufacturers. With the TTR 8200 you also benefit from an equally durable and easy-to-service construction – after all it is a desiccant dehumidifier originally produced by Trotec, developed and manufactured in Germany according to the highest quality standards.
The possible applications of the TTR 8200 are just as diverse as its comprehensive standard equipment and the numerous additional equipment options. With more than 1,000 kg of dehumidification performance per day the industrial desiccant dehumidifier is ideally suited for various dehumidification tasks in industrial, haulage or utility companies, for instance to secure products and production, for the value retention of machines, inventory and buildings through constant protection against corrosion, condensation or mould formation.
The TTR 8200’s robust, galvanized and painted steel housing with corrosion protection withstands even the harshest of environmental conditions and therefore renders it an ideal solution for dry keeping, gas dehumidification or the production of dry air in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry as well as in the sector of mechanical engineering, but also to reduce the formation of ice and frost in deep-freeze zones or to protect stored goods susceptible to moisture.
Comprehensive standard equipment emphasizes the excellent value-for-money ratio of this industrial desiccant dehumidifier: Be it the control module Millenium for a precise energy management as well as the combined humidity and temperature regulation of dry air, the Flowmatic volumetric flow control, electronic regeneration heating, rotation control, an overtemperature protection system with restart lock, operating temperature management, G4 air filters in Z-line design with electronic monitoring and collective warning light, external On/Off terminals, hygrostat terminals or potential-free contacts for operation, fault and filter – already ex works the TTR 8200 comes with many practice-oriented equipment features.
Another asset of the TTR 8200 is its modular design, owing to numerous equipment options it facilitates a virtually custom-tailored adaptation to every application requirement, e.g. with steam or gas regeneration energy instead of electric heating, additional microprocessor control for optimum energy management, touch screen for system control, GSM and WLAN remote connection, advanced temperature and humidity control – also depending on the dew point – and much more.
Both air volume and the degree of humidity can also be adjusted independently as required by means of the integrated Duoventic control. The TTR 8200 works based on the TTR Trisorp Dual principle with dual air circulation for pressure-neutral recirculation operation. Each of these air circuits has a separate fan that can be adjusted independently via an infinitely variable electronic regulation. This enables the fine adjustment of moisture content and volumetric flow of the dry air required without the need to e.g. install energy-wasting throttle valves to regulate the air volume as has often been customary so far.
Due to Duoventic you can configure the device to meet any requirement quickly and in line with demand without the need for conversions: Extremely dry air with a low air flow rate, larger volumes of dry air or maximum circulating air performance with a moderate ratio of dry air.

Furthermore, the industrial desiccant dehumidifier TTR 8200 is as standard equipped with the Flowmatic S volume flow control, which automatically detects and compensates pressure losses with the aid of sensors. The regulation of volume flow and pressure can be freely adjusted via the control signal. The instant the Flowmatic S registers deviations, it takes countermeasures and so guarantees that the specified volumetric flow or pressure is maintained. This ensures a constantly available dry air current in the desired flow rate.

Configurable air direction reversal

Another practical detail for stationary industrial applications, especially with pipe connections, is the configurable air direction reversal of the TTR 8200, for especially in those cases it must be possible to integrate new or additional devices flexibly into existing process sequences.
With the operator side always facing the user, the air flow direction can easily be adjusted to your individual procedures as needed by means of a modular conversion. Blowing out dry air to the right and discharging humid air to the left – or the other way round – with the TTR 8200 the air direction reversal can be carried out with minimal effort.
