Desiccant dehumidifier TTR 400
Despite its impressive dehumidification performance even at low dew points, the TTR 400 is compact and therefore well suited for mobile use.
That makes this dehumidifier a universal solution for keeping dry and process air conditioning for industrial applications, for protection against corrosion and condensation in waterworks and pump stations, for anti-corrosion measures during standstills, for sandblasting and corrosion protection work as well as for applications in the building industry.
In all applications, the advanced electronic Monoventic air volume regulation of the TTR 400 allows infinite, demand-oriented regulation of the required dry air volume.
Dehumidification performance and thus power consumption as well as noise emission of the TTR 400 can therefore be defined as required at any time, e.g. for smaller rooms or applications for which only small volumes of air are required.
The TTR 400 is also the perfect solution to be installed in intermediate ceilings. Due to the wide range of TTR system accessories, hose or pipe connections can be connected to the regeneration air inlet on the TTR 400 or different Z-line filters of different filter classes can be used for the dehumidifier for separate air supply.
All filters can be changed quickly and easily without opening the device.
With the TTR 400 you can benefit from a professional desiccant dehumidifier originally produced by Trotec which has been developed and manufactured according to the highest of quality standards in Germany.
A standard DIN socket for external switchings allows to control the TTR 400 by means of an optional hygrostat, time clock or other external switching devices with matching DIN plug.
In addition to integrated heat recovery, the standard equipment of the TTR 400 desiccant dehumidifier also includes a self-regulating electronic regeneration air heating consisting of thermistor elements (PTC) whose performance capacity depends on air inlet temperature and regeneration air volume.
The advantage of this solution lies for one in an optimal performance matching and in the fact that overheating is not possible, making a safety thermostat superfluous.
The standard operating hours counter of the TTR 400 is optionally available as a dual counter for operating and kilowatt hours.
