With about 1,322 kilogrammes of dehumidification performance per day and a nominal air volume of 9,800 cubic metres of dry air per hour at a static pressure of 300 Pa the TTR 10000 is optimally prepared even for a high dry air demand in cold surroundings and with low dew points. Best prerequisites e.g. for permanent dry keeping, gas dehumidification or the production of dry air in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry as well as in the sector of mechanical engineering, but also to protect machines, inventory and buildings from corrosion, condensation and mould formation, for example in water processing facilities or electrical control centres.

Be it the control module Millenium for a precise energy management as well as the combined humidity and temperature regulation of dry air, the Flowmatic volumetric flow control, electronic regeneration heating, rotation control, an overtemperature protection system with restart lock, operating temperature management, G4 air filters in Z-line design with electronic monitoring and collective warning light, external On/Off terminals, hygrostat terminals or potential-free contacts for operation, fault and filter – already ex works the TTR 10000 comes with many practice-oriented equipment features and thanks to numerous equipment options can moreover be equipped precisely to meet your individual needs.
Owing to the integrated Duoventic air volume regulation the TTR 10000, working according to the TTR Trisorp Dual principle with dual air circulation for pressure-neutral recirculation operation, can further be adjusted precisely to the required degree of humidity and the dry air volume. For this purpose using Duoventic two separate fans can be controlled independently via an infinitely variable electronic regulation. As a result there is no need to install any energy-wasting throttle valves for air volume regulation.
Furthermore, the industrial desiccant dehumidifier TTR 10000 is as standard equipped with the Flowmatic S volume flow control, which automatically detects and compensates pressure losses with the aid of sensors. The regulation of volume flow and pressure can be freely adjusted via the control signal. The instant the Flowmatic S registers deviations, it takes countermeasures and so guarantees that the specified volumetric flow or pressure is maintained. This ensures a constantly available dry air current in the desired flow rate.

Configurable air direction reversal
A practical detail for stationary industrial applications, especially with pipe connections and a given operating site, is the configurable air direction reversal of the TTR 10000.
The air flow direction can be adjusted as needed for operational processes with minimal effort by way of a modular conversion within the device, so the dry air is blown out towards the left- or right-hand side and the humid air can be discharged in the opposite direction.
